One of the questions we often get asked when people are considering hosting a casino themed parties is, Are they expensive? Or How much is this going to cost me? The answer, as with all parties, is that it depends. How many people are you planning for? Are you providing food and alcohol? What is the size of the venue? Casino Night Party - Fake Money
One of the keys to any casino night party is the money or chips. You will need a combination of paper money and poker chips depending on which games you will have at the party. However, the one thing you will want to ensure is that you have money and obviously, you don't want to use real money for logistical and legal reasons. However, it's great to have money that looks and feels like real money. The best source that we've found is U.S. toy fake money found here.
U.S. Toy fake money is great as it's not that expensive as you get 1000 sheets of fake money per order. It also comes in denominations of 1, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100,$500, $1000.
Another option is the fake casino cash which only includes 100 pieces at a lower cost. The reviews on this cash says it looks and feels too large which may or may not be an option depending on how 'exact' you'd like your party to be. Check it out here.
One of the best ways to run the party is to give each person who comes to the party a set amount of money. Then at the end of the night see who has the most money! Or you can also have 'prizes' where people can 'bet' on each item.
